NX 250, 350, 350h, 450h+: what changes on a lease

The NX 350 is the turbocharged gas NX and has this month's lowest published NX payment; the Premium adds equipment, and the NX 450h+ plug-in sits above it. The NX 350h is the hybrid and is quoted per car unless a row for it appears above, as is the NX 250 with the base engine. On a lease you pay only the part of the MSRP the car loses over the term, so a package that adds a few thousand dollars to the MSRP usually adds well under that across the term; the residual is a percentage of MSRP, and the trims table above shows the MSRP gaps.

Which NX fits your driving

The NX is the compact Lexus crossover, five seats, sold in three powertrains for 2026.

• NX 350. The turbo gas engine, 275 hp, all-wheel drive on every gas trim, 0 to 60 in 6.6 seconds, EPA 24 mpg combined. The simplest NX to live with.

• NX 350h. The hybrid, 240 net hp, EPA 40 mpg combined with front-wheel drive and 39 with all-wheel drive. The front-wheel-drive 350h is the lowest-priced NX on lexus.com, and for stop-and-go driving it is the one to look at first.

• NX 450h+. The plug-in hybrid, 304 net hp, 0 to 60 in 6.0 seconds, 84 MPGe, with a manufacturer-estimated 37 miles on electricity before the gas engine runs. Worth it when you can charge at home most nights; without a plug it is a heavier, pricier hybrid. It also appears on our EV lease deals page.

NX F SPORT Handling

On the NX, F SPORT is one trim, F SPORT Handling, and it is offered on the 350, the 350h and the 450h+. It adds the F SPORT-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension, performance dampers, bolstered front seats, paddle shifters and 20-inch wheels. The Premium and Luxury trims ride softer; if the commute is a chore, stay there. If you take Topanga or Mulholland on purpose, the F SPORT Handling is the NX that rewards it. A redesigned NX is coming

Lexus lists a redesigned 2027 NX arriving in winter 2026. For a lease that cuts two ways. If you want the current NX, the months before a new generation lands are usually when dealers have the most room on the outgoing one. If you want the new shape, tell us, and we quote it when it reaches Southern California dealers. Either way the written quote is for one model year and one trim, so say which you mean.
