1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and related inquiry and communication services provided by 021 Auto Leasing LLC (“021 Auto Leasing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for marketing, tracking, recording, or credit inquiries.
2. Our Brokerage Role and Separate Agreements
021 Auto Leasing assists customers with vehicle sourcing and the coordination of vehicle purchases and leases. In a brokered transaction, the participating dealership, lender, or leasing company—not 021 Auto Leasing—provides the vehicle sale, financing, or lease contract. We are not a lender or vehicle manufacturer and do not make a lender’s credit-approval decisions.
Transaction-specific terms are addressed in separate written agreements and required disclosures provided at the legally required time. Those documents govern the relevant transaction and control over these Terms if there is a conflict. Nothing in these Terms replaces required disclosures or limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. Quotes, Offers, and Availability
Website listings, advertisements, and preliminary quotes are subject to their stated terms, eligibility requirements, and vehicle availability. Payment amounts may depend on credit approval, term length, mileage allowance, amounts due at signing, applicable incentives, and taxes or other required charges disclosed with the offer.
A general inquiry or preliminary quote does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee approval, pricing, savings, or delivery. Any reservation or binding commitment must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement. Final transaction terms are established in the signed transaction documents.
We may correct listing or pricing errors, subject to applicable law and any binding agreement. This provision does not excuse misleading advertising or eliminate legally required pricing disclosures.
4. Applications and Information You Provide
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to submit it. Credit applications are submitted through our designated Jotform application process.
Credit inquiries are governed by the disclosures and authorizations provided with the application and applicable law. An authorized inquiry may affect your credit score. Browsing the website or submitting a general inquiry does not itself authorize a credit check.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reserve a vehicle, or obligate you to complete a purchase or lease.
5. SMS and MMS Program Terms
Program and consent. 021 Auto Leasing sends texts to people who opt in to the relevant messaging program. Service messages may include inquiry responses, requested quotes, application or transaction updates, appointment and document reminders, delivery coordination, and customer support. Recurring promotional messages, including vehicle offers and deals, are sent only with separate express written marketing consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Providing a telephone number, submitting an inquiry, or completing a purchase or lease does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or using our services.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We may send one non-promotional confirmation of your request. We also honor other reasonable opt-out requests, including requests made through the contact details below. After your opt-out is processed, we will not send further program messages unless you provide a new opt-in.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and be the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. Please notify us if you change or relinquish that number.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process them to operate our messaging program, and disclosure may occur where legally required, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Delivery. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Email and Electronic Documents
We may communicate electronically about services you request, subject to your permissions, communication preferences, and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting us.
Any electronic signatures, required disclosures, or electronic-delivery permissions for a transaction are governed by the applicable document process and law, not merely by your use of this website.
7. Acceptable Use and Website Content
You may not use the website unlawfully, submit fraudulent or misleading information, provide another person’s information without authorization, interfere with security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Website content is owned by or licensed to 021 Auto Leasing and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable related costs arising from your fraud, willful misconduct, or unlawful use of the website, except to the extent caused by our own conduct or breach of legal duties.
8. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Dealerships, lenders, manufacturers, and other independent providers are responsible for their own products, warranties, decisions, and contractual obligations. This does not excuse 021 Auto Leasing from its own contractual or legal responsibilities.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or related inquiry services. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
California law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Unless an enforceable separate agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms will be heard in courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires a different venue.
10. Changes and General Provisions
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively amend a signed transaction agreement.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
