1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website 021autoleasing.com (the "Site") or utilizing the services of 021 Auto Leasing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services (Brokerage Disclaimer) You acknowledge that 021 Auto Leasing acts solely as an auto broker and intermediary.

  • We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution.

  • We are not a vehicle manufacturer.

  • We assist you in locating vehicles and negotiating lease terms with authorized dealerships.

  • Final lease agreements are between you (the Lessee) and the Lender/Dealership (the Lessor). We are not a party to the final lease contract.

3. Quotes and Vehicle Availability

  • Pricing: All quotes provided via email, phone, or text are estimates based on current market programs, residual values, and money factors. These are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed by all parties.

  • Availability: Vehicle inventory moves quickly. We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle until a deposit is placed or a contract is executed.

  • Errors: We strive for accuracy, but we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or equipment.

4. Credit Application and Authorization By submitting a credit application through our Site or via our third-party secure forms, you explicitly verify that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

  • Authorization: You authorize 021 Auto Leasing, along with our partner dealerships and financial institutions, to obtain your personal credit profile from credit reporting agencies (such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion) for the purpose of credit assessment and vehicle leasing. This may result in a "hard inquiry" on your credit report.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Broker Fee: As per our transparency policy, our service fees are generally included in the capitalized cost of the lease and disclosed in your final contract.

  • Deposits: If a retainer or deposit is required to secure a vehicle, the terms of refundability will be disclosed to you in writing prior to payment.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

  • Vehicle Defects: 021 Auto Leasing is not liable for manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, or warranty issues. Such issues are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be addressed with an authorized service center.

  • Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of the dealerships or lenders we negotiate with.

  • Damages: In no event shall 021 Auto Leasing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

7. User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information on credit applications (which is a federal crime).

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or our third-party form providers.

8. Electronic Signatures and Communication You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your application and lease. You agree that electronic signatures used on contracts and documents carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 021 Auto Leasing, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your submission of false information.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California.
